International Shipping and Freight Forwarding Policy
Please review the following guidelines before using freight forwarding services or hand-carrying items outside the U.S.
- Corsair is not responsible for goods once they are delivered to you or a freight forwarder outside the U.S. This includes damage, defects, or loss. No replacements or refunds will be provided for such shipments.
- If you or a freight forwarder have a U.S. address and export goods after purchasing them from Corsair, you are the exporter. Compliance with all export and import regulations, including U.S. export regulations and destination country's import regulations, is your responsibility. Do not list Corsair on any export documentation.
- Without prior written authorization, goods purchased with a U.S. shipping address cannot be subsequently exported if you or your freight forwarder do not have a U.S. residence.
- Goods exported through a freight forwarder cannot be returned directly to Corsair. See the Return Policy for Exported Items below.
Return Policy for Exported Items
Please note that if you export products from Corsair through a freight forwarder or personal hand-carrying, you can still return them to Corsair. However, you will be the importer of record and responsible for return costs. We won't serve as the importer of record for such returns.
Keep in mind that international return labels won't be issued for items exported through a freight forwarder or hand-carry. The provided Return Mailing Label is for U.S. domestic shipments only. To use our pre-paid Return Mailing Label, you must first return the goods to a U.S. address and then send them to our specified fulfillment center.
