After your Corsair.com order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. This email will contain a tracking number under the “Track Your Order” heading, which you can click on to be brought to the shipping service’s tracking page.
Alternatively, you can check your order’s status on Corsair.com with the following steps.
- Log in to your account on Corsair.com.
- Click on the Account Dashboard option in the upper right of the website's menu.
- At the Account Dashboard, select My Orders.
- Select your Order Number.
- Select the Tracking Number located to the right of the item
If your item has not shipped within 48 hours of receiving confirmation of your order, please contact Customer Support.
