My tracking information shows that my return has arrived. Why hasn’t my RMA status been updated?
We estimate it takes up to 2 business days to process your return. Delays to your RMA status being updated could be caused by high return volume, holidays, or discrepancies between what was expected and what was delivered. Why is my RMA status stuck as “Processing?”
Normally, we review whether there is available stock of your replacement before your return arrives. If your status seems stuck as “Processing,” it might be a processing or inventory issue. We will reach out to you with options, but you can also contact us through your ticket, by phone, or through chat.
My ticket shows my replacement has shipped. Where is it now?
When your replacement ships, you should receive a tracking number within 2 business days. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your replacement. If you don’t receive a tracking number within 2 business days, please let us know.
What do I do if the tracking information is not showing progress?
If you don’t see tracking updates after a few business days has passed, you should reach out to the shipping company for more information.
