Most of our products are shipped from our warehouses in Duluth, GA, Jurupa Valley, CA, Miami, FL, and Taiwan, depending on their product category. The transit time is between 1 to 6 days for ground shipments and 4 to 5 days via FedEx for our Taiwan shipments, depending on your address.

What warehouse does my order ship from?

All major product categories ship from Duluth and Jurupa, so please look at the maps below for your state and product category; we try to optimize delivery within three days of the delivery state if possible. 

For example, if you are ordering from Wyoming, you would primarily refer to the Jurupa map, as we can guarantee 3-day shipping from that warehouse consistently.

Exceptions for specific product categories are below:

Express Shipping

We now offer express shipping as a checkout option. This service level does not add priority to picking/packing/shipping; it simply selects a faster shipping method. Exclusions apply by product category and are listed below, along with the flat rate for express shipping depending on country/region.
