What devices are compatible with the K83?
The K83 Wireless Entertainment Keyboard is compatible with:
- PC with Microsoft Windows 7 or later
- Amazon Fire TV
- NVIDIA Shield TV
- Sony Smart TV with Android TV OS (2016 or newer)
- Smart TVs with Android TV OS (2016 or newer)
- Tablets and mobile devices with Android OS 5.0 or later
Some devices require additional setup to be compatible with the K83. You can see how to set up those devices by visiting this page and selecting VIEW MORE in the Quick Setup & Modes section.
The following devices require additional setup:
- Apple Mac with macOS 10.8 or later
- Apple TV
- Samsung Smart TV with Tizen OS (2016 or newer)
- LG Smart TV with webOS (2016 or newer)
- Apple iPad and iPhone with iOS 8 or later
Can the K83 connect to Roku devices?
No, the K83 currently does not support HID input.
Why do some functions not work with my smart TV or streaming media device?
If a keyboard function does not work with your device, it’s likely that keyboard function is not supported by your smart TV or streaming media device.
How do I perform a factory reset?
To factory reset your keyboard, hold the ESC key while powering on the keyboard, then release the ESC key after 2 seconds.
