Ownership of the product is transferred to you, the customer, once the order ships from Corsair’s shipping location. This means you will be responsible for contacting us about any damaged products, missing products, or products lost in transit.
- If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, contact us within 5 business days after you receive your order and we will work with you to resolve the issue with the freight forwarder.
- If your order does not arrive at all, contact us within 5 business days of the expected arrival time and we will work with you to resolve the issue with the freight forwarder.
