If you decide you don’t want a Webstore purchase, please follow these steps after you have received the product you ordered. It is not possible to cancel a shipment after it has been created.
- Contact Corsair Webstore Customer Service to create an RMA order by clicking this link: https://help.corsair.com/hc/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000375371
- We will send you a pre-paid return shipping label.
- Return the product in its packaging to the shipping carrier's location (e.g. a UPS store or DHL service point, depending on the label).
- Be sure to write your web store RMA number on the outside of your package to expedite processing.
- Once the package has arrived at our warehouse, and has been opened and inspected, we will process a refund of your purchase to the original method of payment, minus the shipping charges. It may take 4-5 days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
