Phones Will Temporarily Be Off From July 1 Through July 5
Corsair employees in the US will be celebrating Independence Day in the US (the Fourth of July), with some extended time off.
Most of the company will be shut down completely, but we have decided to make sure that we still have employees to help you with Technical Support, Customer Service and for any purchases you may have made at Corsair.com.
Corsair will not be taking phone calls from Wednesday July 1 through Sunday July 5.
While the phones are off, all agents will be working on processing emails. Having the phones off for this extended period will allow us to catch up with the backlog of customer requests.
We apologize for the inconvenience, and are working to resolve new and existing tickets as quickly as possible.
If you are wondering about an order, we will send you a tracking number as soon as the order has shipped.
If you have already created a ticket, please do not create additional tickets about the same issue. We will respond to you by email as soon as possible.
