If you use Amazon Pay to make purchases at our Webstore and you have a suspended order, make sure that your Amazon Pay payment information is up to date.
To update your payment information for suspended orders paid with Amazon Pay, you will need to go to the Amazon Pay website to make changes. You can also review other Amazon Pay transactions there.
To update your payment information:
- Go to the Amazon Pay website and click Sign in with your Amazon account.
- Go to Your Account and select Edit account settings.
- Find the suspended order in the Activity page and click Details.
- Click Change Payment and update your payment information.
