Where can I find Ada?
You can talk to Ada by going to our Help site and clicking the blue button at the bottom right of the screen.
Still need help?
If you require further assistance, Ada can still help by creating a help ticket for you. Our Customer Support team will reach out to you to provide further assistance.
When creating a ticket, Ada will ask the following information:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your country of residence
- What Corsair product you need help with
- The serial number of the product
- The part number of the product
- Additional details about your issue
Please provide as much information as possible so that our Customer Support team has an easier time helping you out.
