If you are experiencing audio issues on a Mac system using the new ARM-based processor Apple M1, it is because our audio drivers are currently incompatible with the Apple M1. The audio may not be detected unless iCUE is uninstalled.
We are currently working on an update to fix this issue.
As a temporary fix, we recommend that you temporarily uninstall iCUE. We will update this page once we finish working on the update.
If you have a Virtuoso headset...
If you have a Virtuoso headset that does not work after you plug it into your Apple M1 Mac system, try the following steps:
- Turn off your Mac system if you have not done so already.
- Plug your Virtuoso headset into your Mac system.
- Boot up your Mac system.
- See if the headset works.
