Please note that if your order just shipped out, it may take between 24 to 48 hours for the tracking number to go live. If your tracking number is not live yet, please wait a few hours and then try again.
Your order is currently being processed for delivery. At this point, it has not yet been picked up by a carrier.
Your order is ready to be sent out, but has not been picked up by a carrier yet. If the order status seems to be stuck on "Shipment Ready," it is possible that:
- The carrier has not picked up the package yet
- The carrier failed to update the status of the package.
Your order has been sent out and is on its way to you.
Your order has arrived at your address.

Your order has been sent back to us. You will see this status if you refuse delivery or if the package needs to be recalled.
