If you run into an issue where you cannot set up profiles on your Corsair devices or one of your devices is experiencing profile problems, it may be because you tried to set up profiles specifically for each individual device.
You can only have on profile active at one given time, and that one profile applies to all of your Corsair devices. If you try to create separate profiles, you will run into issues.
If you run into profile issues on a device, delete the onboard profiles on that device, then soft reset the device. If this does not fix the issue, contact Customer Support and we will provide further assistance.
