If iCUE crashes after you import a profile you had previously exported or downloaded from another website, the crash is caused due to profile incompatibility. Due to changes in how iCUE profiles are managed and saved, some profiles created in older versions of iCUE will no longer be compatible with more recent versions.
Unfortunately, there is no troubleshooting that can be done to resolve the incompatibility issue. You will need to delete your incompatible profiles and recreate them from scratch in your current version of iCUE.
