iCUE firmware update failure due to false positive on certain devices

iCUE in some situations may prompt your hardware to update to a newer version of its firmware.  These updates may fail as the product is already on the latest release of the firmware.

If iCUE attempts to serve any of the following firmware versions and fails on the products, this is due to a false positive, and would only give you an error.

  • K70 TKL OPX (v.1.2.10)
  • Corsair ONE systems (v.1.00.07)
  • MM700 3XL mouse mat (v.1.0.1)
  • K100 Air (5.12.76)

This error will not have an impact on any of your hardware.  If you are having issues with the product itself, please reach out to our support team here.
