CORSAIR ONE: Booting into BIOS
If your CORSAIR ONE PC boots into the BIOS instead of Windows, there's a possibility that the issue is related to the M.2 drive. The CORSAIR ONE is a super compact and powerful system, but its compact design may lead to excessive heat. This may cause the M.2 drive to have thermal issues over time. Contact our dedicated CORSAIR support for assistance, and we'll provide you with a replacement M.2 drive featuring an integrated heatsink to resolve the issue.
In case the issue might be related to other factors, you can try some general troubleshooting steps to ensure everything else is in order:
- BIOS Settings: Access your BIOS and verify that the boot order is correctly configured to prioritize the M.2 drive (where your operating system is installed). If necessary, adjust the boot order to ensure the M.2 drive is the first boot option.
- Clearing CMOS: If you own an i160/i165/i164/i145/a100/i180/i182 there is an integrated CMOS button on the back of the system. Ensure the system is turned off and you remove the power cable before pressing the button. Hold the button for about 15 seconds, then replug in the power cable and turn it on. See if this resolves the issue. If you own an a200/i200 or newer CONE, you will need to turn off the system and press the power button repeatedly for 15 seconds to power cycle the system.
