iCUE: What to do if iCUE displays an overcurrent protection error
We are currently aware that users may be experiencing the overcurrent protection error in iCUE when using the LINK HUB. If your product does not present any errors beyond the prompt in iCUE, you can disregard the error. Our teams are currently working on deploying a fix.
If you are having the error in addition to issues with general operation (for example: red blinking across all connected LINK Devices) please try power draining your system by:
- Shutting Off your system completely
- Disconnecting the Power Cord from the back of the PSU
- Pressing the power button a few times on your case
- Let the system sit for 5 minutes
- Reconnect the Power Cord and Turn on your system
