A: Due to a system limitation, the hyperlink for Platform: 6 tracking may not populate properly for each customer. Valid tracking websites for the Platform: 6 shipments are as follows:

Q: What are the maximum weight and torque capacities of the 3060 T-Channel rail? Does the maximum weight capacity include the desk itself, or is it in addition to the desk's 330lb/150kg weight limit?
A: The choice to mount monitors directly to the desk may influence setup preferences. Overloading the Rail System with significant weight could lead to sagging. The rail can support up to 110lbs.
Q: Is there an availability date for the Platform 6 desk in Australia with Australian-compatible electrical outlets?
A: As of now, there are no confirmed dates for availability in Australia.
Q: What additional items do I need to purchase to ensure compatibility of my Elgato Face Cam and Elgato Key Light Air with the desk's mounting system?
A: The Elgato Frame Rail system is all you need for compatibility; it includes the necessary adapters
Q: Can I add a third monitor to the desk, and does the rail support an extra arm and the additional weight, especially for installing three 27-inch monitors?
A: The rail can support up to 110lbs, and additional monitor arms may be added. However, compatibility with third-party arms cannot be guaranteed. The included arms are designed for monitors weighing up to 18lbs (8kg).
Q: I'm interested in the Platform:6 Creator Edition Desk in Dark Walnut Stain. I own a Xenon Flex monitor; is there a compatible mount available for this desk?
A: Yes, we provide a desk mount adapter for the Xenon Flex. However, using it requires foregoing the Elgato Rail and the central back cubby.
Q: Can I install the Desk extension and peg board on the same side of the desk?
A: This configuration is not possible.
Q: I've ordered the stationary version of the Platform 6 desk. Can I buy parts to convert it into a standing desk in the future?
A: At the moment, we do not offer the motorized legs for separate purchase.
Q: If I bought the desk with fixed legs, is it possible to later purchase adjustable legs for it?
A: We do not currently offer the option to purchase motorized legs separately.
Q: My t-channel rail is tilted on one side, what can I do?
A: You should be able to re-seat the rail by fully loosening both t-nuts and re-tightening them in the correct position. If this does not work for you please contact support.
