CORSAIR Custom Lab is where you can customize Corsair gaming products and create your own customized gaming setup.
What products are available for customization through CORSAIR Custom Lab?
- M75 Wireless Gaming Mouse (*M75 AIR Wireless Ultra-lightweight Gaming Mouse is not available for customization)
- K65 Plus Wireless Gaming Keyboard
- MM300 Mouse Pad (three sizes: Medium, Large, & Extended)
Will CORSAIR Custom Lab be available worldwide?
At this time, CORSAIR Custom Lab is only offered in the US.
When should I expect my CORSAIR Custom Lab product to arrive?
CORSAIR Custom Lab products will be shipped within 7 to 10 business days. We aim to have the items in your hands within 3 to 4 weeks of placing your order, but please note that unforeseen manufacturing, material, or carrier timing may impact the delivery date. To check your order status, please visit My Orders under your CORSAIR.com account information tab. If you placed the order as a guest, you can create a CORSAIR.com account using the same email address provided during the checkout process and a password of your choice.
I placed an order for a CORSAIR Custom Lab product and now I want to cancel the order, how can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order through your profile as long as the order has not been processed for shipping yet. Please visit My Orders under your CORSAIR.com account, and select the CANCEL option under the ACTION column. If the cancel option is not listed next to your order, it is no longer eligible for cancelation and you now have the option to initiate a return. Due to the customized nature of these products, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
I placed an order for a CORSAIR Custom Lab product and now I want to modify the order, how can I modify my order?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be modified after it has been processed. If the product(s) have not been shipped, you may cancel the current order and submit a new order with your new modification.
Can I order multiple quantities of one particular Corsair Custom Lab product with different configurations in a single order, ie multiple K65 Plus Wireless Gaming Keyboards with different customizations?
Yes, it is possible to order multiple quantities of one particular Corsair Custom Lab product each with its own customization in a single order. Please note that you can only customize one product at a time then add the product to the cart before customizing the next product.
Can I receive a discount on multiple Corsair Custom Lab products?
Yes, when bundling two or more different CORSAIR Custom Lab products as a bundle, a discount will be automatically applied to the bundle. Multiple quantities of the same product or SKU do not qualify as a bundle. Please note that existing promotions or discount codes cannot be combined or stacked when purchasing a CORSAIR Custom Lab bundle.
Can I order multiple custom bundles with different configurations in a single order?
Yes, it is possible to order multiple custom bundles with different configurations in a single order. Please note that you can only customize one bundle at a time then add the bundle to the cart before customizing the next bundle.
I have purchased one particular keycap design for my Corsair Custom Lab product but I also like a different keycap design, can I purchase the keycaps separately?
Unfortunately, these keycap designs are exclusive to CORSAIR Custom Lab only and are not sold separately.
What is the return and refund policy for CORSAIR Custom Lab products?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 60 days to return your product(s) starting from the date you received it. Due to the customized nature of these products, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. You can start a return request by visiting My Orders under your CORSAIR.com account and selecting the RETURN option next to your order. Or visit our Returns Center.
Why does my refund amount not match the amount I originally paid?
Due to the customized nature of these products, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. If you were charged shipping fees, please note the shipping fees will not be refunded unless your return is the result of a CORSAIR handling error.
If I purchase a CORSAIR Custom Lab bundle, do I need to return all the items from the bundle to receive a refund?
No, if you wish to return one of the CORSAIR Custom Lab products from your bundle, you can create a single-item return request. Please note that if you wish to return all the products from your CORSAIR Custom Lab bundle, you must create a return request for each individual product (SKU). Due to the customized nature of these products, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. What courier will my CORSAIR Custom Lab product(s) be shipped with?
CORSAIR Custom Lab products will be shipped from directly from our manufacturing facilities in Taiwan via FedEx. Please note that packages shipped with FedEx are shipped with a signature requirement.
I have an issue with my order, what if my package was lost/stolen/missing i.e. the tracking shows it was delivered but no package was found?

Create an RMA request by selecting LOST SHIPMENT as the return reason. And contact our Customer Service team by creating a support ticket here.
I have an issue with my order, what if my package arrived damaged?

Create an RMA request by selecting DAMAGED SHIPMENT as the return reason. And contact our Customer Service team by creating a support ticket here. Please note, if your product is defective or dead on arrival, do not select Damaged Shipment as the return reason.
I have an issue with my order, what if I received the wrong design or a different product than what I originally selected?

I have received my order but the Corsair Custom Lab product is defective or dead on arrival upon opening the packaging, what do I do?
