After shipment, before the package has arrived with you

Before shipment

If we are able to cancel the order before shipment, we will reverse the charge on your credit card within 1-2 business days.
After shipment, before the package has arrived with you
Once the order has left the Corsair warehouse, and we receive a cancellation request, we will try to intercept the package with the shipping carrier. This is not always possible.
If we are able to intercept the package, we will reverse the charge on your credit card within 1-2 business days.
When the package arrives at your door
If you are present when the carrier arrives with the package, simply refuse delivery. This will cause the package to return to Corsair, and you will not be responsible for any shipping charges. After we verify that the package has been returned to our warehouse, we will reverse the charge to your credit card within 2-3 business days.
After the package has been delivered to you, but you haven't opened it
If the Corsair package has been delivered to you, the easiest way to ship it back to Corsair is to find the nearest carrier facility, like a UPS or DHL store or service center, and drop the package off with them, stating that you wish to refuse delivery.
This will cause the package to return to Corsair, and you will not be responsible for any shipping charges. After we verify that the package has been returned to our warehouse, we will reverse the charge to your credit card within 3-5 business days.
After you've opened the package, whether you've used the product or not
Once you've opened the package, whether you have used the product or not, you will need to open a return ticket with Corsair's web store customer support by clicking here — you'll find a web form and the correct phone number to call. The customer service agent will issue a return material authorization (RMA) number, and provide a pre-paid return label to you at no charge. Next, please put the product into an appropriate package, and be sure to safely pack the contents. To avoid extra delays in refunding your order, be sure to write the RMA number on the outside of your return package.
Once the package has been returned to our warehouse, we need to inspect and verify the contents of the package, which can take 2 to 3 business days. Afterwards, we will reverse the charge to your credit card within 3-5 business days.
