Orders: How to Cancel your Corsair.com Order
You can cancel your order at Corsair.com if it hasn't been processed for shipping yet.
- If you ordered while logged into your Corsair.com account
- If you ordered on Corsair.com without signing in
If you were logged into your Corsair.com account while ordering
To find your order, click here or select "My Account" in the upper right corner. After logging in, click My Orders in the left sidebar (marked as (1) in the screenshot below). If you can return or cancel an order, the option will appear in the ACTION column (2).
If you placed your order at Corsair.com without signing in
Sign up at Corsair.com using the same email as your guest checkout, then follow the steps above.
