Commander Pro: Why can't I select lighting strips connected to the Commander Pro in iCUE?
If you are having issues selecting external RGB LED strips (LS100) connected to your Commander Pro, it may be because of the number of QL fans currently connected to Lighting Channel 1 (LED 1) on your Commander Pro. The more QL fans are selected for LED 1, the less RGB LED strips can be selected for Lighting Channel 2 (LED 2).
The Commander Pro has the following limitations:
- 4 QL fans selected for LED 1: Up to 3x 250mm OR 2x 250mm and 1x 350mm strips can be selected for LED 2
- 5 QL fans selected for LED 1: Up to 1x 250mm and 1x 350mm can be selected for LED 2
- 6 QL fans selected for LED 1: Nothing else can be selected for LED 2
If you want to select more RGB LED strips for LED 2, reduce the number of QL fans selected for LED 1 and see if it allows you to select more RGB LED strips.
