- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or invoice that shows where and when you bought your CORSAIR product.
- Product Details: The model number and any serial numbers associated with your product.

- USB receiver dongles (keyboards and mice)
- USB audio dongles (headsets)
- Replacement cables
- Headset earpads and accessories
- Wrist rests
- Keycaps: use the Corsair Warehouse Keycap Request Form.

Free Parts: You can request 1 spare part or up to 10 keycaps per order for free.
Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $14.99 USD applies to all orders. This is not the cost of the items.
Payment: A credit or debit card is required for payment.
