Why Clean my CORSAIR Monitor?
Dust, fingerprints, and smudges on the screen can reduce its clarity, brightness, and color accuracy. This can lead to eye strain, especially when using the monitor for extended periods.
What should I use to clean the display?
Microfiber, known for its exceptionally soft synthetic texture, is highly effective at removing debris and it is unlikely to cause any damage to your screen.
Simple steps to clean your display:
- Safety First! Power off the display and unplug the display from power.
- If the display is significantly dirty, you may want to consider dampening the cloth with lukewarm water or a an alcohol-free screen cleaner.
- Use a soft Microfiber towel to gently wipe the screen using circular motions.
- Once complete you can plug your monitor back in and enjoy your clean display.
- You may want to use any dry spots of the microfiber to dry any damp spots on the display.
- After the display is fully dried you can plug the display back in and enjoy the post cleaning clarity.
