Memory: CUDIMM on chipsets earlier than Z890

CORSAIR CUDIMM is backwards compatible with all the platforms that are equipped with DDR5. Although, CUDIMM capabilities shine mostly on Intel Z890 chipset motherboards since Singe PLL mode can be enabled.
On older DDR5 platforms, CUDIMM works only in Bypass mode. Also, the base speeds are lower than 6400MHz depending on the platform.
 

To avoid any bad experience with this new technology, please check with your motherboard’s manufacturer for BIOS updates that may be required for CUDIMM to boot.
