Headset Compatibility and Console Support

All Corsair headsets currently compatible with consoles connect via a 3.5mm audio jack to the audio port located on the controller.

If you cannot hear any sounds from your game or the sound is coming from somewhere other than your headset, try the steps listed here and see if they resolve the issue.

NOTE: The Nintendo Switch’s 3.5mm audio port does not support a microphone.
