Ordering through the Corsair Warehouse

  1. Before initiating your request, gather the necessary information to make the process as smooth as possible. Having this information at hand will expedite the support process.
    • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or invoice that shows where and when you bought your CORSAIR product.
    • Product Details: The model number and any serial numbers associated with your product.
    • Description of the Issue: Be ready to describe what parts you need or what problems you're encountering with your product.
       
  2. Fill out the Corsair Warehouse Spare Part Request Form for the following items:
    • USB receiver dongles (keyboards and mice)
    • USB audio dongles (headsets)
    • Replacement cables
    • Headset earpads and accessories
    • Wrist rests
    • Keycaps: use the Corsair Warehouse Keycap Request Form
       

*Important Details About Spare Parts and Keycap Requests

Free Parts: You can request 1 spare part or up to 10 keycaps per order for free.

Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $14.99 USD applies to all orders. This is not the cost of the items.

Payment: A credit or debit card is required for payment.

Availability: Parts are subject to availability in our warehouse. If we can’t fulfill your order, you’ll receive a full refund.
