Why are my hotkeys different if I use my Corsair keyboard on a MacOS device?

When a Windows-formatted keyboard is connected via USB to a MacOS device, it would essentially "swap" the Command and Control keys around, so that it can mimic its placement on the keyboard so that the feeling is consistent. 

For Example: 
Alt > Option
Win Key > Command

Can this be fixed?

This is a Mac-default behavior, it would not be limited to a specific keyboard.
If connecting to your Mac via Bluetooth, this would not occur, the keys would be in their respective "location" on the keyboard.

If you're physically used to the location of the Mac shortcuts on your keyboard, there is a workaround within the MacOS settings where you can change the system/modifier keys to mitigate this. See example screenshot below (from Ventura) on how you want to have it set, so that it would work as intended:
