General Best Practices
- Regular cleaning: if you are having input issues on specific keys or buttons, we generally recommend making sure your keyboard is clean and free of debris as that may cause input related issues.
- Check the cables and ports: verify that the keyboard is plugged in directly into your system, you may also want to try a different set of ports to rule out a USB port issue. For wireless keyboards, make sure the keyboard is charged and the receiver is plugged directly into the system.
- You may want to test the keyboard on a different system to see if the issue is actually with the hardware rather than a potential software issue.
