iCUE: How to verify Your iCUE Version and Firmware Version

This article will detail steps on how to find your iCUE and device firmware version number. The numbers in (parentheses) correlate to the numbers in the screenshot below.

  1. Ensure your Corsair device and associated dongle (if applicable) are connected directly to your PC and not through any USB hub/dock.
  2. Open iCUE and click the cog wheel in the top right corner to go to iCUE Settings (1).
  3. Inside the "Settings" window, click "Firmware Updates" (2). | REPLACE WITH Inside the "Settings" window, click "Software Updates (2).
  4. Click "Check for Updates" to verify you are on the latest firmware versions.
  5. Provide a screenshot of this window in your reply to your Customer Care agent.

If you are unable to provide a screenshot we will need all of the firmware version numbers of each device on the "Firmware Updates" | "Software Updates" tab in the settings. These are noted with a "v." then the version number. Here is the example:

You can find the iCUE Version under "Software Updates" as well. Here is the example:
