If you encounter a problem where launching iCUE displays a "Failed to Start iCUE Service" notification:
Follow these steps to resolve:
Open Start or click the windows key on your keyboard
Search for "Services" and select the app
Locate all iCUE or Corsair-related services, right-click each one to open it's properties, set the "Startup Type" to "Automatic," and then apply the changes.
Restart your system
