The following preconditions should be met for Govee support in iCUE:
- All of the Govee products should be connected to the user's’s Wi-Fi network.
- All devices should be already configured and setup in the Govee Home Mobile app.
- The device LAN Control toggle should be On in the Mobile App.
- The user should check toggle for the Govee in Integrations tab of iCUE Settings.
- Run the Govee Setup Wizard. Running the Wizard will enable Govee support in iCUE: Govee-added products should appear as devices on the Home
Page and Device Selector in iCUE

Each Govee product will have the following tabs:
1. Lighting Effects (Lighting Effects)
2. Device Settings (Device Settings)
Note that Govee will also support Murals, Lighting Link, SDK control, and Alert state lighting triggered from another device.
You will not be able to change the product orientation in iCUE, iCUE will only display the orientation that was configured in the Govee Mobile app.
iCUE should sync the product orientation with the Govee app, and the changes made to the orientation in the Govee app will be displayed in iCUE UI automatically as they are being made.
Note that when you quit iCUE and iCUE is no longer running the Govee will revert to playing hardware effects controlled by Govee mobile app. The hardware effects are not customizable and not controlled in iCUE.
When the device is paired to iCUE however it cannot be reached in the network which can be due to the following:
- No Internet connection
- The device is not connected to the Power source
- IP of the connected device has changed
If the Unavailable state conditions are no longer true device should automatically return to normal operation.
