Citrix's App Protection feature may cause iCUE to not recognize your iCUE-compatible devices. This is a known issue with the following combinations of versions:
iCUE - 4.33.138
Citrix Workspace - 23.2.0.38
To rectify this, you will need to reinstall Citrix Workspace and toggle off this feature during the installation portion as shown below:
