A glitch was recently uncovered in our supply chain that impacts the functionality of all VENGEANCE RGB PRO SL Light Enhancement Kits (CMHLETKIT2 and CMHLEKIT2W), making it impossible to power them up. As of April 4th, 2023, all CMHLEKIT2 and CMHLEKIT2W have all been removed from sale.
We take the quality of our memory products extremely seriously and are proactively recalling all CMHLEKIT2 and CMHLEKIT2W. If you have these SKUs, please contact our customer service directly at lightenhancementkit@corsair.zendesk.com to arrange a refund.
