How to: Cancel your Corsair.com Order
You can cancel your order at Corsair.com if it hasn't been processed for shipping yet.
Orders are unable to get cancelled once it is being prepared to ship, the carrier has the package, or it's in transit.
- If you want to use the AI Assistant to Cancel your Corsair.com order
- If you ordered while logged into your Corsair.com account
- If you ordered on Corsair.com without signing in
If you want to use the AI Assistant to Cancel your Corsair.com order
You can ask the Corsair AI Assistant to help you Cancel your Corsair.com order.
After you type a request like "I want to cancel my order", you will be walked through the process. You will need your order number, and the email you used to place that order.
If you placed your order at Corsair.com while signed-in
To find your order or Corsair.com, click here or select "My Account" in the upper right corner. After logging in, click My Orders in the left sidebar (marked as (1) in the screenshot below). If you can return or cancel an order, the option will appear in the ACTION column (2).
If you placed your order at Corsair.com without signing in
Sign up at Corsair.com using the same email as your guest checkout, then follow the steps above.
