Note: Back up your profiles before resetting to avoid losing them
Note: If you are unable to use the uninstaller to remove the app, you may drag the Corsair iCUE5 software folder located in your Macintosh HD > Applications path into the bin
Uninstalling iCUE:
- Download the installer from this page.
- Click next to proceed.
- Select Uninstall iCUE.
- Choose to Delete Settings for All Users, then click Uninstall.
- Wait a few minutes for the process to finish, then click finish.

Note: You need to manually restart your Mac after this step.
Reinstalling iCUE:
- Open the installer file and click Next.
- As iCUE is not installed, it will begin the installation. Click next to proceed when prompted.
- Wait a few minutes for the installation to complete. When done, click Start iCUE to launch the program for the first time.
