iCUE: How to: Set up Elgato Stream Deck iCUE integration

With iCUE integration, you can use the following actions in your Elgato Stream Deck:

  • Lighting Link: Overrides your current lighting profile in iCUE with a quick effect.
    • This only affects devices that support lighting link in iCUE.
  • Actions Library: Executes a custom macro, remap, or other action saved in iCUE.
  • Profiles: Switch to a different iCUE profile.

To set up Elgato Stream Deck, first make sure that both iCUE and Elgato Stream Deck are updated to their latest version. To set up integration, first you need to ensure SDK is enabled in iCUE:

This may appear as a notification that requires approval.

  1. Open iCUE.
  2. Click SETTINGS in iCUE.
  3. Select SDK on the side.
  4. Tick the iCUE SDK checkbox.

Once the StreamDeck SDK is Approved:

  1. Open the Elgato Stream Deck application.
  2. Click the Go to Elgato Marketplace button the top right.

  3. Once there search for the iCUE plugin, and then click Get.
    Note: You may need to create an Elgato account if you have not done so already.

  4. Select for the plugin to Open In Stream Deck.
  5. Your browser will ask to open the link with Stream Deck, select Open Link.

  6. Stream Deck will now list the iCUE plugin actions.
