iCUE: How to Set up device lighting in CORSAIR iCUE

iCUE comes with several advanced lighting presets and customization tools for you to create your own lighting effects.

To set up lighting effects for your device, make sure your device is plugged into your PC. It will show up in iCUE, where you can select LIGHTING EFFECTS to edit the lighting effects.

• For iCUE version 4 or newer
• For iCUE version 3 or older

For iCUE version 4 or newer

1. Open iCUE, make sure your controller device is properly setup under Lighting Setup(if applicable).
2. Click LIGHTING EFFECTS next to the device you want to edit.
3. Click the + button in the Lighting Layers section on the lower left.
4. Edit your lighting effects using the options in the Lighting Type and Quick Lighting Zone sections.
   • NOTE: Selecting one of the options in the LIGHTING LINK section will apply that effect to all of your iCUE-compatible devices currently connected to your PC.
     

For iCUE version 3 or older

To create a new lighting effect:

1. Open iCUE.
2. Select the device you want to edit the lighting effect of.
3. Click LIGHTING EFFECTS on the left menu.
4. Click the + button to start adding layers to your lighting effect.
5. Edit your lighting effects using the lighting effect sections at the bottom of the screen.
