If you have updated iCUE to version 4 or newer and are experiencing crashes upon startup, it may be because of compatibility issues with the integration plugins of certain software.
Software that may be causing this issue include but are not limited to:
- Aura Sync
- Armoury Crate
- Mystic Light
- Dragon Center
Make sure you are running the latest version of the software by going to the software website and downloading the latest update.
If you are only running Aura Sync, we recommend that you uninstall Aura Sync completely and install Asus's Armoury Crate software instead. Asus has discontinued support for the standalone Aura Sync and you need the latest version of Armoury Crate to resolve the crashing issue.
