iCUE: How to: Import and export iCUE profiles

To back up your iCUE profiles and macros, you can export the profile into a .cueprofile file on your computer. You can import this profile back into iCUE whenever you want to restore your modified settings, or share the profile with your friends so they can import it into their own iCUE software.

 

Importing profiles

When importing a profile, you can select whether you want to import the entire profile or only specific parts, such as lighting effects or assignments.

To import a profile:

  1. Click the expand button then Import / Export button.

  2. Select Import on the left menu.
  3. Click the + button next to Profile for Import.

  4. Select the profile you want to import.
  5. Use the toggles to select what parts of the profile you want/do not want to import.

  6. Click Import.

Exporting profiles

When exporting a profile, you can select whether you want to export the entire profile or only specific parts, such as lighting effects or assignments.

To export a profile:

  1. Click the expand button then the Import / Export button.

  2. Select Export on the left menu.
  3. Use the dropdown menu to select the profile you want to export.

  4. Use the toggles to select what parts of the profile you want to export.
  5. Click Export.
  6. Select where you want to save the .cueprofile file, then click Save.
