If you ordered a product at Corsair.com and do not want it anymore, you can initiate a return by following the steps in this article.
How to find your order
If you were logged into your Corsair.com account when you placed the order
You can find your order by clicking My Account on the upper right corner. After logging in, click My Account again, then My Orders on the left sidebar. If you can return or cancel an order, you will see the option to do so in the ACTION column.
If you placed your order at Corsair.com using Guest Checkout
You can access the order by clicking the return items link in the Shipping Confirmation email that was sent to you, immediately below the tracking number.
How to return your order
NOTE: If the item you want to return is incorrect, damaged, or defective, and you would like it replaced, please go here to create a help ticket. Do NOT use the return online option for such items.
The option to return your order will be available for up to 60 days after your order has been delivered to you.
- Select the Return option under the ACTION column.
- Select the quantity of items you want to return in the RETURN QTY column.
- Select the reason you are returning the item in the RETURN REASON column. Pick the most appropriate reason for returning your items. You can also choose “Other” and use the text box to explain why you are returning the items.
- Click CONTINUE.
- You will be asked to confirm your return in the final step.
The amount that will be refunded to your original method of payment is also listed. If you have an order with multiple line items that was eligible for a promotion, but is no longer eligible after the item you are returning, the refund amount will be adjusted to reflect that.
