How to: Return your Corsair.com order
This only applies if you ordered directly from corsair.com. Ensure you are within the return window. You can initiate a return by following the steps in this article.

How to find your order number
If you were logged into your Corsair.com account when you placed the order
You can find your order by clicking My Account in the upper right corner. After logging in, click My Orders on the left sidebar (labeled as (1) in the below screenshot). If you can return or cancel an order, you will see the option to do so in the ACTION column (2).
If you placed an order using Guest Checkout
Please check your email inbox for the order or delivery confirmation emails that were sent to you when the order was created or shipped. All you need is your order number and the email address on the order.
How to return your order
To start a return of your order, you will need the original email address you used to place the order and the order number. The option to return your order will be available for up to 60 days after your order has been delivered to you.
1. To return your order, go to https://returns.corsair.com.
2. Enter the order number starting with CXXXXXXX and the original email provided when placing the order.
3. Products that are eligible for return will be displayed. Select the product you wish to return.
4. Select the appropriate reason for the return.
Better Price Available – If you have found the same product and purchased the product for a better price at a different retailer but now you want to return your Corsair.com order.
Inaccurate Website Description – If the product does not have a feature or perform as the description listed on the product page on Corsair.com.
Did Not Approve Purchase – Only select this option if you have received an order with your shipping information but if you did not authorize the order or have no knowledge of the order. If you believe an unauthorized transaction has been made with your payment information, we recommend that you immediately contact your financial institution to report any unauthorized transactions.
Item Arrived Too Late – If you have selected expedited shipping and you no longer need the product as it did not arrive in the estimated delivery period.
No Longer Needed – You no longer need the product and wish to return the product for a full refund.
Ordered Wrong Quantity – You ordered too many of the same product and would like to return the quantity that you no longer need.
Shipment Lost – If the order was lost in transit during the delivery process or if the product is missing after being marked as delivered by the courier. DO NOT SELECT THIS OPTION IF YOU DID RECEIVE THE CORRECT ORDER BUT THE ORDER IS INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE.
Shipment Damaged – The entire package or one of the products has been physically damaged during the delivery process. DO NOT SELECT THIS OPTION IF YOUR PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE OR DEAD ON ARRIVAL.
Defective or Dead On Arrival – The product is not physically damaged but is not functional due to a defect or being dead on arrival.
Problem with Order – There is an issue with the order as you have received an incorrect/incomplete order or product or quantity.

Your request will require additional review from our team. Please create a new support ticket here and provide the RMA Request Number in your new support ticket.
8. Once the return reaches one of Corsair's return facilities, please allow up to 48 hours for the return to be processed. A refund will be automatically issued after the return has been processed and please allow 3-5 business days for any changes to reflect on the original form of payment.
If your order contains multiple products and you wish to return more than one product, an RMA request is required for each product/SKU. Please follow the return instructions listed above for each product product/SKU. You can place multiple products in one package but please make sure each product/SKU is properly labeled with the appropriate RMA Request Number.
If your order contains multiple products that were purchased as a bundle, we do not accept partial returns or issue partial refunds for bundles. When creating an RMA for a bundle, you will be advised that all products from the bundle must be returned for a full refund.
