Can I Change the Shipping Address of My Order? 

Unfortunately, Corsair cannot change the shipping address for an order after the order has been placed.  However, you may still have an option available if the order is not already on its way to the carrier or in any stage of the shipping process.

Option 1: Cancel Your Order Before Shipment Preparation

Option 2: Return the Item for a Refund 

If, for any reason, your order cannot be canceled, and it has already been shipped to the original address entered at the time of purchase, the next step is to initiate a return. Please be aware that in this situation it will still be necessary to ensure that the item is physically returned to our warehouse. You will need to retrieve the package from the delivery address provided for the order to return it or have a resident at the delivery address follow the return instructions for the order.
