The Policy
Once your order starts processing or enters production, we may not be able to cancel or modify it. The best chance for changes is within 1–2 hours of placement.
What can be changed?
If your order has not entered production, we may be able to:
- Cancel the order: This allows you to place a new one with the correct items.
- Update shipping address: Note that some updates may still require a full cancellation.
- Fix minor errors: Such as typos in contact information.
Note: We cannot swap or add items to an existing order.
How to request
1. Use your Account: Log in and locate the order. If the "Cancel" option is available, you can process it immediately.
2. Create an Account: If you checked out as a guest, create an account using the same email address. The order will sync, allowing you to attempt a cancellation.
3. Use Support Chat: Use the chat widget (bottom right) and type "I want to cancel my order" for automated assistance.
