How do I return my order for a refund?

Return Policy

Please review our standard guidelines below to see if your product qualifies for a return and full refund.

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% fee may be applied to all returned custom products that are not defective. This fee is waived for defective items.
  • Bundles: We do not accept partial returns for bundles; all products from the bundle must be returned for a full refund.

How to Initiate a Return

Returns can be requested via our Online Return Center. You will need your order number and the original email used to place the order.

  • Logged In: Go to My AccountMy Orders. If the order is eligible, you will see an option to return/cancel in the ACTION column.
  • Guest Checkout: Refer to your order or delivery confirmation email for your order number.

Instructions

  • RMA Requirement: A unique RMA request is required for each product/SKU. Do not combine multiple requests into one package.
  • Labeling: Use one package per return label. Ensure the item in the package matches the product details on the corresponding label.
  • Drop Off: Always keep the proof of drop off provided by the shipping location.
  • Support: If your request requires additional review, create a new support ticket and include your RMA Request Number.

Processing & Refunds

Once the return reaches our facility, please allow 7 to 14 business days for the return to be processed. A refund will be automatically issued after the return has been processed. Please allow 3-5 business days for any changes to reflect on the original payment account.

Return Reasons

  • Better Price Available: Found a better price at another retailer.
  • Inaccurate Website Description: Product lacks a feature listed on the site.
  • Item Arrived Too Late: Expedited shipping failed to arrive in the estimated window.
  • No Longer Needed: Restocking fee may apply for custom products.
  • Ordered Wrong Quantity: Returning excess items.
  • Shipment Lost: Courier marked delivered but item is missing.
  • Shipment Damaged: Physical damage during transit (do not select if defective).
  • Defective or Dead On Arrival: Not physically damaged but non-functional.
