It's totally normal to feel concerned when your tracking number isn't showing updates. Don’t worry, we’ve got answers. Here’s what could be happening and what you can do.
REASON 01: THE CARRIER HASN’T SCANNED THE PACKAGE YET
Sometimes, your tracking number is created when your order is ready to ship, but the shipping carrier hasn’t picked it up or scanned it yet. This means:
- The label is printed and active in our system.
- The package is waiting to be collected or processed at the carrier facility.
REASON 02: DELAYS IN CARRIER SYSTEMS
Carriers occasionally experience lag in scanning or updating tracking information in real-time. Even if your order is moving through their network, the public tracking page might not reflect those updates immediately.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
- Wait 24–48 hours after your tracking number was originally generated.
- Check your email spam folder for any shipping confirmation or carrier-direct messages.
- If it has been more than 5 business days with absolutely zero movement or system updates, contact us so we can investigate.
