Important Address Policy: Once an order has been submitted, our automated fulfillment system processes it immediately to minimize transit times.
Because of this tracking speed, we cannot alter or change the delivery address of an order after it has been placed.
OPTION 1: CANCEL YOUR ORDER BEFORE SHIPMENT
If your order has not yet entered the physical preparation phase at our warehouse, you may have a brief window to cancel the order entirely. This will allow you to place a brand new order using your correct destination address.
OPTION 2: RETURN THE ITEM FOR A REFUND
If your order is already packed or in transit, it can no longer be canceled or intercepted. Once the package arrives at the original destination address, you will need to set up a standard return through our portal to receive your refund.
