How to: Cancel your Corsair.com Order
If you ordered a product at Corsair.com and do not want it anymore, you can cancel the items in your order as long as they have not been processed for shipping yet.
- If you were logged into your Corsair.com account when you placed the order
- If you placed your order at Corsair.com without signing in
If you were logged into your Corsair.com account when you placed the order
You can find your order by clicking https://www.corsair.com/account or "My Account" on the upper right corner. After logging in, click My Orders on the left sidebar (labeled as (1) on the below screenshot). If you can return or cancel an order, you will see the option to do so in the ACTION column (2).
If you placed your order at Corsair.com without signing in
Create a new account at Corsair.com with the same email address you used during guest checkout, and follow the steps above.
