The Policy
We process orders as quickly as possible to ensure fast delivery. Once your order starts processing or enters production, we are unable to cancel it.
The best chance to cancel an accidental order is within 30 minutes of placement.
Please note: Once an order is placed, we cannot change your name, shipping address, or email address.
How to request a cancellation
1. Use your Account: Log in and locate the order. If the "Cancel" option is available, you can process it immediately.
2. Create an Account: If you checked out as a guest, create an account using the same email address. The order will sync, allowing you to attempt a cancellation.
3. Use Support Chat: Use the chat widget (bottom right) and type "I want to cancel my order" for automated assistance.
Important: During high-volume periods or sales, production may start almost immediately. We strongly recommend double-checking all items, name details, and shipping coordinates before completing your purchase.
