VAT: Can I get tax/VAT exemptions and refunds?

The Corsair, Elgato, Origin PC, SCUF, DROP, and Fanatec webstores do not support refunding any tax/VAT paid, regardless of the payment method used (credit card, Amazon Pay, etc.) nor applying for tax/VAT exemptions. All taxes collected are directly paid to the local taxation authorities.

You can download a VAT-compliant invoice for your order within your store account or from the Shipment Confirmation email. This is described in How to retrieve an invoice copy, for VAT purposes.

In case you are a reseller, tax-exempt individual, or requesting a tax/VAT exemption, we recommend that you purchase our products via distribution in your local country or at a retailer that supports tax exemptions.
