We know you're excited to get your gear. Whether you've ordered a custom controller, webstore items, or have a replacement on the way, here is how you can monitor your package's progress every step of the way.
Step 01: Locate your Order Number
Your Order Number is included in the confirmation email sent immediately after your purchase. If you have a Corsair account, you can also find it under Order History.
Step 02: Check the Order Status
Visit our Order Tracker and enter your Order Number and email address to check the current status of your order.
Step 03: Track the Shipment
Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking link. As your package makes its way to you, you will see one of the following statuses:
- Pending: Your order is currently being processed for delivery. It has not yet been picked up by a carrier.
- Shipment Ready: Your order is ready to be sent out. If it seems stuck on this status, the carrier hasn't picked it up yet, or it hasn't been updated in their system.
- In-Transit: Your order has been sent out and is on its way to you.
- Delivered: Your order has arrived at your address.
- Return to Sender: Your order has been sent back to us (e.g., you refused delivery or the package was recalled).
PLEASE NOTE: If your order just shipped out, it may take between 24 to 48 hours for the tracking number to go live. If your tracking number is not live yet, please wait a few hours and try again.
